Overview
BuriedWins came to us with a product that was delivering real value to its clients, but struggling to deliver it well. The problems were not isolated to one area — they ran across the interface, the performance layer, and the way data moved out of the platform into clients' own systems.
Challenges

The interface was getting in the way
Users found the platform difficult to navigate. The UI had not kept pace with the product's growth, and the experience felt outdated and clunky in ways that made it harder for clients to extract value from the research they had paid for.

Page performance was noticeably lacking
Slow loading times across the platform created friction at every step of the user journey. The performance issues were significant enough to undermine confidence in the product, regardless of the quality of the underlying research.

Clients had no way to use their data outside the platform
There was no integration layer connecting BuriedWins to the CRMs, analytics tools, and sales platforms that clients were already using. Every insight had to be extracted manually, which limited how deeply the research could be embedded in clients' workflows.
Solutions
We took ownership of all three problem areas simultaneously, moving from design through to technical delivery in a single coherent engagement. Each workstream followed the same principle: diagnose properly, design deliberately, then build.

Full UI/UX redesign and implementation
We handled the complete design and development cycle, beginning with a modern design concept that addressed the specific navigation and usability problems clients had flagged, then carrying that concept all the way through to technical implementation. The result was an interface that feels intuitive to use and reflects the quality of the research it presents.

Performance optimisation
We conducted a thorough technical audit to identify the bottlenecks responsible for slow page loads, then systematically eliminated them. The improvements were substantial enough to change how users experienced the platform, turning what had been a source of frustration into something that felt responsive and reliable.

OpenAPI design and integration
We designed and implemented a clean OpenAPI that gives clients programmatic access to their research data, so insights can flow directly into the CRMs, dashboards, and sales tools they already rely on. Clients no longer need to treat BuriedWins as a separate destination — the data can live wherever it is most useful to them.
