We’re looking for a detail-oriented Remote Operations Data Analyst to review field data, track performance and turn it into clear reports for US-based pipeline maintenance projects in the oil and gas industry.
About the project
Our partner builds software for the oil and gas industry that helps pipeline inspection teams run safer, faster and more reliable maintenance operations. You’ll connect field crews with the data behind every pipeline pigging project, making sure the numbers are right and the insights reach the people who need them.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities related to pipeline maintenance, pigging, and associated processes
- Build trusted relationships with clients by supporting projects through planning, execution, and closeout
- Review field data to ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate effectively with field and office teams to support successful project outcomes
Fluent English (C1+) is required.You'll be the main link between US-based clients and field crews, so clear, confident communication is key.
What you’ll be working with
- Field and operational data from pipeline maintenance and pigging projects
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting
- Virtual collaboration tools for day-to-day communication with teams
- Operational tracking tools and performance dashboards
- Industry best practices and safety standards (we’ll help you learn them)
